Quantum's Links and DataPort features are provided to transfer data to and from existing databases within the company, namely: to existing CRM systems, MRP, ERP, PDM, PLM and Accounting systems.

Quantum supports import and export of data in XML format. This feature provides a method for putting structured data in a text file that follows standard guidelines and can be read by a variety of applications. This enables the definition, transmission, validation, and interpretation of data between applications and between organizations.
